PREGNANCY / Decision on a complaint of discrimination in employment on the basis of pregnancy. The Tribunal found that respondents did not provide a non-discriminatory reason for terminating the complainant's employment as soon as they learned of her pregnancy. The Tribunal ordered the respondents to pay the complainant $3,125 for lost wages and $8,000 for injury to dignity and self-respect. Allowed: Aug. 2, 2012.
